Infusion Instructions
Pour 1 gallon of spring or distilled water into a 6-8qt. pot
Bring water to a rolling boil & turn off the heat source
Place muslin tea bag into the water, holding the strings of muslin tea bag dip in and out of the water to soak on both sides. Bag will float but will eventually sink (no worries)
Let sit for 5 hours to allow the mineral ions to release into the water
With clean hands strain the muslin tea bag into the pot till tea bag is emptied of all infusion water
Pour the infusion into a pitcher and keep refrigerated to preserve.
Serve hot or cold.
